By 2010 I decided it was time to move on because I had kids and a family, and I was NOT going to let this BREAK ME!
I’m sure they were also going through similar situations due to the economy, but to be so brutal, disrespectful, vicious, hateful & not care or understand my situation was beyond disbelief!
They didn’t care that
- My family was depending on me
- That 10 other employees & their families were also depending on me
- I also knew they were depending on me; and…
God knows I was doing my best to make things right!
I couldn’t because I had no more money, no more resources, the economy was so bad that I couldn’t do anything more!
Unfortunately, after my Dad passed I no longer gave a S*** 💩😢 and had no choice but to file for Bankruptcy and Closed my Doors!
I ‘threw in the towel’ I was sad, felt like a total failure, defeated, depressed, and just TIRED!!!
As an Entrepreneur, human being, woman, mom, wife – I don’t wish this on ANYONE!
Therefore it’s so important to build a business that will hopefully prevent some of these issues that I went through!
Take away from my experience…
- Have a plan
- Make sure you have enough resources to cover unexpected expenses
- That your staff is able to operate your business when unforeseen circumstances occur
- Don’t put all your “eggs all in one basket”
- It’s ok to close down if you’re unable to operate your business
- No one will care when “shit hits the fan”
- You will be responsible and will have to take and accept the blame for everything
- Be prepared for the worst as much as possible; economy, pandemics, illnesses, ups/downs, etc…
So regardless of the type of business you decide to start you will need to have:
- Thick skin
- Ready to work 24/7
- Prepared to learn
Be ready to take on all the ‘good, bad, and evil’ that comes with the business world!
Finally, I want to invite you to join me and let me help you AVOID all the same mistakes I made in my business.
Let me help you create the right business foundation so that you can hopefully avoid these same pains and heartaches…
Because – Planning & Development is key!
If my father taught me anything in this world – that was to Never Give Up!
So, after a few months/years of therapy, counseling, and letting the storm pass, I decided to get up and #BossUpandRise 💯🔥
I dusted myself off and went back 🔙 to the drawing board!
Looking back I don’t regret ANYTHING, but wished I could have done better, been better, prepared better, and hopefully avoid all these problems.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have anyone to help me, didn’t have a “crystal ball” and had no clue all these problems were going to arise, but like they say “God does things for a REASON!”
I NOW appreciate the experience because;
1️⃣ I understand that God does things for a reason. (This experience was necessary for me to learn & understand that we must prepare for the future & for ‘unforeseen circumstances, but also take care of ourselves before being able to take care of others.)
2️⃣ It helped me so that I can help others AVOID these same struggles and challenges, but more importantly, help them prepare for the future and give back through my free resources, training, and development!
3️⃣I’m also the person I am today because of the struggles and challenges; I’m happier, less stressed, enjoy my family, and my business and I’m not working around the clock, or worried about overhead.
Share+Learn+Grow+Prepare+Plan for the Future and continue to Help Others!™️
I learned that we all make mistakes, we are human, and everyone s*** stinks, but we can all learn from them & help others AVOID these same mistakes.🙏
Finally – we have 2 Choices…
Get up #BossUpandRise or Stay down and be defeated!
Regardless of the circumstances #KeepOnGoing

I invite you again to join any of my programs – I will teach you everything that I’ve learned “Good, Bad, Evil” and help you AVOID the same entrepreneur struggles I went through.
